How long does it take to receive my custom luggage?
Each piece of ROAM luggage is handcrafted to order. Standard production and shipping typically take 2-3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your suitcase leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your luggage, you can return it for a full refund, even if it has been customized with your specific color choices.
Are ROAM suitcases covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our luggage comes with a lifetime warranty that covers non-cosmetic damage to the shell, wheels, handles, and zippers. We believe in the durability of our premium materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What materials are used in ROAM luggage?
Our suitcases are constructed from US-sourced 100% virgin polycarbonate, which provides maximum impact resistance while remaining incredibly lightweight. We use water-resistant zippers and antimicrobial linings for premium quality.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
Because we begin the hand-assembly process shortly after an order is placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
